Youth Functional Training
  FOR ATHLETES

Our youth training groups are designed for young athletes going into 5th grade and above. Athletes will be separated into small groups so that they receive individual attention.

This program will give your son or daughter a leg up on the competition in ANY SPORT. 

​

Our emphasis is on teaching the fundamentals of strength and conditioning in a safe learning environment.

WHEN: Monday 11am / Thursday 1pm

About Rob Velasquez:
Rob played football and lacrosse at Endicott College where he was a 3 year captain. After graduation, Rob coached college football and helped with the strength and conditioning programs at Tufts University, Bentley University and Boston College High School. After coaching Rob started Backyahd Boston with his three friends to create a place to bring people together and make them move better and feel stronger. 

 

Rob understands what it takes to play at a high level of competition and will build a foundation so that your kid will excel at the next level.
